Editorial Requirements
Language

All press releases (whether Premium or Starter) submitted for distribution must be written in English.

Headlines
The headline must clearly present a news angle and attribute the source of the press release.
Poor headlines lacking relevance, clarity, or attribution will be considered inadequate.
Advertisement or SPAM
Press releases must not appear as advertisements or SPAM.

The press release must be professionally written, clear, and well-structured—no poor writing quality.
Submissions written in formats such as advertisements, op-eds, articles, listicles, blogs, or feature pieces will be rejected.
Press releases written in first or second-person narratives or containing non-objective narratives will not be approved.
Keyword Spamming
Adding excessive keywords or phrases in the headline or body of the press release will be considered keyword spamming and will lead to rejection.
Poor Newsworthiness
Submissions lacking sufficient news value cannot be distributed. Press releases must provide genuine news value.
Lack of Credible Contact Information
All press releases must include complete and credible contact information. Submissions with incomplete or unverifiable contact details will not be published.
Affiliate Links
Affiliate links are strictly prohibited in any press release submitted to Laurence Zimmermann, FractalMax.
Picture and video Copyright
Submitters must ensure they have the legal right to use any images or videos included in their press release. Proper credit must be provided where necessary. Submitters are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights and permissions for the content they submit, including text, images, and media.

Comparisons

The unauthorized use of another company’s or entity’s name, brand, or product for comparison purposes is prohibited. Submissions that make comparisons without proper consent or attribution or that could mislead readers about affiliations or endorsements will not be accepted.
Opinions / Advice

Content offering investment advice or personal opinions, including guarantees of profit, revenue, or passive income, is not allowed. Submissions making financial predictions, claims of financial advantage, or assurances of success in investment opportunities will be rejected.
Expected Purpose of Release

Medical or Health Content

Piggybacking

Get Rich Schemes

Self-Promotion

Content created solely to enhance an individual’s personal profile, without offering news value or relevance to a wider audience.
Celebrity Mentions

Fraudulent Submissions Clause
Press releases found to contain fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content will be immediately rejected. In cases of suspected fraud, Laurence Zimmermann, FractalMax, reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities and pursue further actions.
Disclaimer on Refunds and Edits
Refunds
Full refunds will be provided for press releases that are rejected due to non-compliance with our publishing guidelines. Rejections may occur for reasons such as prohibited content, poor writing quality, or failure to meet editorial standards.
However, once a press release is approved for publication, it is considered final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for:
